Ingredients
3 Kayem Old Tyme Beef & Pork Franks
1 Bell Pepper
1 Onion
Chili Garlic Sauce
Blue Cheese
Directions
- Grill the franks until you get nice grill marks
- Toast the buns on the grill or on a pan
- Chop the bell peppers and saute them in a saucepan until they turn deep green or grill them until you get grill marks
- Chop the onion into thin slices and sauté them until they begin to caramelize
- Now it's time to prepare your hot dogs. Place the franks inside the toasted buns
- Top with grilled peppers, onions, blue cheese and some chili garlic sauce lining
- Serve a side of classic yellow mustard, ranch and chili garlic sauce and some thin crispy fries
