Our Small Batch Sausages are fully cooked. Just heat to 160ºF and enjoy!

Grilling

Grill over medium heat for 7 - 9 minutes, browning evenly on both sides. To preserve juices, use tongs and avoid piercing the casing.

Broil

Set oven to broil. Place sausage 3 - 5 inches from heat. Cook for 7 - 9 minutes or until golden brown. Turn over halfway way through. Let sit for 3 - 5 minutes.

Pan Fry

Pan fry over medium heat. Cook 7 - 9 minutes. Turn frequently to brown evenly.

Microwave

Wrap sausage in paper towel and microwave on high for 30 seconds (ovens vary). Add 10 seconds for each additional sausage.
